The EXIT Strategy is a financial literacy and wealth-building platform built on a 2Gen model that serves both youth and adults to break cycles of financial struggle and create lasting generational wealth. Our work is structured through both a nonprofit and a for-profit arm. The nonprofit focuses on delivering real-world financial education and simulation experiences to youth and families, often in partnership with schools and community organizations. The for-profit side provides personalized financial coaching, strategic resources, and pathways to homeownership and wealth-building for working adults. Together, these efforts create a full ecosystem that meets individuals at every stage and guides them from financial uncertainty to long-term stability and ownership.
